The EBS group is composed of the following companies
- DB Elettronica Telecomunicazioni S.p.a founded in Italy in 1975 is the group leader involved in design, production and sales of terrestrial broadcasting
devices and turnkey solutions.
- EBS srl, has became part of this group since 2004 after more than 25 years of experience on institutional broadcasting sectors thus bringing it’s relevant
knowledge evolved after this period of service to the main public international broadcasters while acting as supplier, installer, servicing and customer care.
- ETT srl, since 1998 has been engaged in the realization and production of RF amplifying systems, passive, AC/DC converters, RF subassemblies for
broadcasting and science.
DB Elettronica Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. controls 51% of EBS Srl and 70% of ETT Srl.The number of people involved in the group in 2008 was 62 persons,
and EBS Group’s turnover is 2008 was $ 17.6 Mlns.
