STREAM Television Company, a member of the Sistema Mass Media group of companies, a subsidiary of SISTEMA Joint-Stock Financial Corporation, is one of Russia’s major producers of thematic off-air channels, a TV content aggregator and advanced TV services provider. STREAM Television Company produces 8 original TV channels: Hunting and Fishing, Healthy TV, Drive, Retro, Manor, Psychology21, Pets, Questions and Answers, with total subscriber base in Russia exceeding 5 million households or about 13.5 million viewers.
570 operators transmit STREAM’s original channels in 475 Russian cities and localities; STREAM TV channels are also accessible to audiences in the former Soviet republics and Eastern Europe.

VOD and Content Aggregation.STREAM Television Company offers a video-on-demand service to subscribers of the COMSTAR network in Moscow. As of October 01, 2009, STREAM Television Company is an aggregator of 87 channels retransmittet on the COMSTAR network in Moscow.
